The Edgewater-Lakepointe Neighborhood Association is managed by neighborhood residents who volunteer their time to help make Edgewater-Lakepointe Estates a wonderful place to live. These neighbors comprise “the board” and are called board members or officers.
There are 4 elected officer positions which are part of the executive board. The rest of the board is comprised of committee chairmen.

President: The President shall preside at all meetings of the membership, and shall serve as chairman of the Executive Board, and shall at all times generate interest in the Association and support for its purposes. The President shall appoint all Standing Committee chairmen, a Parliamentarian and Audit Committee of three (3) members. The President shall be an ex-officio member (without voting privileges) of all Standing Committees.
Vice President: The Vice President shall act as chairman of the Program Committee, shall also perform the duties of the President at any meeting of the membership or Executive Board in the absence of the President, and shall perform any other duties as may be assigned by the President or Executive Board. In the event of a vacancy in the office of President, the Vice President shall serve as successor for the remainder of that term of office.
Secretary: The Secretary shall attend all meetings of the Executive Board and the membership and keep accurate records of the proceedings of the Association, shall assist the President in any matters of necessary correspondence and furnish to the President a copy of such minutes no later than one (1) week following a meeting. All reports should be typewritten.
Treasurer: The Treasurer shall collect dues, be custodian of all funds; shall be responsible for the control, safe and proper disbursement of funds shall make a financial report to each membership meeting; shall present the books for audit during August of each year; shall make disbursements upon receipt of vouchers signed by the President or Vice President.
