Neighborhood Meeting & Picnic
Tuesday, September 14, 2010Come meet your neighbors and enjoy some good food for National Night Out. The party starts at 6:30pm and goes to 9:30pm.
This is the same date as the National Night Out celebration for neighborhoods around our city. We will have food and drink catered and hopefully both of our City Councilmen will attend to say a few words. We are also going to try and have entertainment for the kids. We would like to have an idea of how many will attend which will assist us in ordering food. If you plan on attending please call any of the following officers and leave a message of how many from your family will be there.

LitterBlitz scheduled at Lake Hefner
Saturday, April 17, 2010Friends of Lake Hefner is holding their annual LitterBlitz clean-up on Saturday April 17th. The event will begin at COSA park by the ranger station at 10:00 a.m. As with all LitterBlitz events, OKC Beautiful will supply the bags and gloves. The plan is to collect litter all around the lake for two hours and then meet back at COSA park at noon for food and fun!! The Parrotheads will be participating so count on some revelry!!
